When you arrive, you will be greeted by our front desk staff who will check you in and give you our Patient Intake Form to complete in our waiting room.  Please have your insurance card and ID to provide.

We will then direct you to our exam room where Dr. Crawford will get your history and perform an exam which includes orthopedic tests and will take xrays (as necessary) in our digital xray suite. He will then discuss his findings and diagnosis with you and answer any questions you may have. 

 

Dr. Crawford  will adjust you using spinal manipulation then you will receive electromuscular stemulation, intersegmental, and/or ultrasound therapies depending on your case.
